
Applications to present are now open. Deadline to apply was extended until December 15, 2025.
Members who have experience presenting in ACA are invited to share their experience, strength, and hope and apply to host a session at the upcoming ACA World Convention.
The 2026 ACA Annual World Convention (AWC) will be held virtually on Zoom from March 27 to March 28, 2026. The Convention theme is “TRANSFORMATION – From Hurting to Healing to Helping, the ACA Recovery Journey”.
IMPORTANT!! We have two different types of opportunities for you to present at the AWC: one is in the Workshop Room and the other in the Fellowship Room.
Please review below and choose the correct application form:
In the WORKSHOP ROOM we will have 90 minute long presentations on a topic that helps others in their recovery – be it a practical skills workshop, a thought-provoking lecture or a panel discussion of your favourite ACA literature.
Based on our survey results, applications with a focus on the following will have priority:
- From Hurting to Healing to Helping – the ACA Journey (Convention Theme)
- Reparenting
- The ACA 12 Steps
- Integrating the Laundry List and the Other Laundry List Traits
- Understanding how the ACA Program works
For presentations in the Workshop Room apply here
In the FELLOWSHIP ROOM we welcome experiential activities such as:
- Meditation
- Body engagement (i.e. stretches, dance lessons, breath work)
- Creative activities (i.e. arts and crafts)
- Non dominant hand activities (i.e. writing, drawing, painting)
- Games, etc.
For experiential activities in the Fellowship Room apply here
Applications will be accepted from November 1 to December 15, 2025, 11:59 pm YOUR time zone.
Presentation Requirements:
- Aligns with the Convention theme.
- Provides a variety of ACA recovery tools.
- Is interactive, experiential, and engaging for participants.
- Abides by copyright laws (e.g., may not use Tony A.’s steps or portions of his copyrighted literature).
To complete your application, please gather in advance the following information:
Presenter Information:
- Names and contact details of all presenters.
- Summaries of ACA recovery and service experience of each presenter.
- ACA and other workshop presentation experience.
- Feedback received from previous presentations.
Presentation Information / Logistics:
- Workshop title, style, focus, and description.
- Key learnings and takeaways for participants.
- Preferred date and time.
- Handouts to be used.
